Water Damage Over The Weekend at this Essex Business

On a rainy Monday morning, Brianna arrived in the office as usual. She's always the first one in the office. As she stepped into her cubicle her feet squished into the carpet and then she noticed the surrounding area was completely wet. She called the office Manager, Isaac. Isaac knew exactly what to do, call SERVPRO of Beverly/Cape Ann. The SERVPRO crew arrived quickly and immediately went to work with all the necessary information and equipment they needed since our marketing Manager Gary had a ERP (Emergency Ready Plan) he already completed with this business. Daniel our production manager and his crew extracted the water and set up drying equipment. Daniel monitored the loss and when he determined the area was dry, He arranged to have the carpet cleaned by his well trained crew, and tested the area to make sure everyone would be completely safe at the office! Brianna requested the carpet cleaning be done after hours so the business would not be interrupted. Everyone at the business was very pleased and happy when things were back to normal.
