North Shore Storm Damage Like You Would Not Believe

Beginning in January 2018, and ending in June (just a little exaggeration!) our team saw damage like no other year in our Beverly, Hamilton, Wenham,Essex, Manchester, Gloucester, Rockport territory.  Teamwork, coffee and a need to help our customers is what held us together...along with kindness from our customers!  This home began with frozen heating pipes on the second floor, which burst and ended up with water gushing throughout  the second floor, and taking the path of least resistance to gushing throughout the first floor and eventually into the basement.  This job took true professionals to remediate this water loss. SERVPRO of Beverly/Cape Ann made sure heat was running with the use of our TES trailer to save this property from COMPLETE devastation.  Mission accomplished and we had VERY HAPPY homeowners in the midst of this tragedy! SERVPRO of Beverly/Cape Ann and Owner Tony Lagrassa led the charge!
